“The quality of our service depends on the quality of our people” Avanti Service is working towards achieving accreditation as an ‘Investor in People.’ Avanti Service is committed to developing the skills and abilities of its team and actively encourages its employees to study for formal qualifications; such as, NVQ or ESOL (training for foreign nationals). Motivation and consistency of individual performance are key to high standards of service. Accordingly, all staff members are eligible for bonus and award schemes which recognise consistent high level performance. We want our staff to know that their dedication is rewarded when they exceed our customers’ and our own expectations. All operators at Avanti Service have basic trainings, including: First Aid, Fuel Efficiency Driving and Customer Service. Other training is offered to our managerial team, including: Diploma in Business & Administration and Team Leadership Management NVQ.
